Delegates attending the fourth MANTEL Training School.
The fourth MANTEL Training School was held in Wageningen, The Netherlands from 20-22 February, 2019.
A joint MANTEL-STOWA (The Netherlands Foundation for Applied Water Research) workshop on aquatic ecosystem services was held on 20 February. Attendees included all MANTEL ESRs as well as representatives from across the Dutch water sector including water managers, water authorities and academic institutions. On the 21st February, Dr Elisabeth Ruijgrok of MANTEL Partner Witteveen+Bos delivered a workshop to MANTEL ESRs on ecosystem services and their valuation. The final day of the workshop on 22nd February involved discussions on the workshop, with supervisors, and the initial organisation of the final MANTEL workshop to be held in 2020.
