MANTEL ITN

The third MANTEL Training School was held at the Erken Field Station in Sweden from 28 May - 1 June, 2018. 

 

Training was delivered by Highland Statistics (http://www.highstat.com/) and focused on data exploration, and statistical modelling. The week began with an introduction to R, data exploration and common statistical problems. More detailed explorations using Generalised Linear Models (GLM) and Generalised Additive Models (GAM) proceeded as the week developed. All delegates were also introduced to the Lake Erken Research Laboratory and mesocosm facilities.
